The official MAGIC & PROJECT Las Vegas event planner – available on desktop and mobile – is the only way
to access your digital badge which gives you entry to the show floor.
Please follow the simple steps below to access to your digital badge to ensure a smooth move-in
and show experience. Need to register more colleagues or staff for the event?
Activate Your Account
If you haven't activated your account already, check your inbox for an email from exhibitorsupport@fashionresource.com with the subject "Activate Your Account" that has your unique activation code. To activate your account, click "Activate" and simply set up a password.
Download the Digital Event Planner App
Log in using the username and password you just set up. You can also conveniently access the desktop version of the Digital Event Planner using your same login information here »
Access Your Digital Badge
Select the badge icon in the footer of the app. Please note: you will only be able to access your digital badge through your personal account login. Scan your badge at any show floor entrance to gain access to the event.
*Important Note: Select the Exhibitor Badge
Please select the 'Exhibitor Badge' option. The 'Visitor Badge' will be inactive and you will be asked to switch badge types.
Having Trouble Accessing the App & Your Badge?
If you have not activated your account, check your inbox for an email from cs@fashionresource.com with the
subject line "Activate your August 2022 event planner profile". This email contains your unique
"Activate Your Account" link to set your password.
If you cannot find the email or remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the app login screen
to send yourself a new activation or reset password email. Get help logging in »
Accessing Your Lead Retrieval Tool
Only available with purchase of digital smart bundle
If your team has purchased the digital smart bundle, you can access the lead retrieval tool to scan
buyer badges and collect quality leads through the event planner mobile app.
Access lead retrieval by clicking the hamburger menu on the bottom right side of your screen.
Select 'Scanned Badges'
from the menu list to
access your leads.
Click the scan icon in the bottom right corner and a camera will appear.
Hover the camera over the badge you would like scanned. The lead will be captured automatically.
